english help > Sun&rain installation problems

Hi All,

Before the storm that will cross over the netherlands tomorrow I need to set up an html page for a radiostation.

So the time is ticking for me but I just don't get it working! Maybe some of you can help me?

The problem:

I've installed (in english language) ofcourse the postgreSQL database on my computer and weatherprofessional is just working fine with it.

Now I want to run sun&rain so I've made a user entry in pgadmin as said in the manual
name: sun&rain
pass: weather
ID: 2
The mark on 'superuser"

I left pgadmin and started sun&rain. When I press on " weiter" I get immidately the fallowing message:
http://home.versatel.nl/xonmultimedia/fout.gif (run-time error 3706 / provider cannot be found. It may not be properly installed)

I've tried EVERYTHING..delete the entry..installed it..delete it..etc etc.. Can someone help me a bit before tomorrow

Hi Rene,
what kind of weatherstation you have?
The ws500, ws777 or the ws300pc?...
On the loginscreen you must choose the korrekt database name.

If these all are right, you must be sure that the OLE DB service is running.
(Create on desktop for example the file "anyone.udl" und execute it. Then you the linkproperties).

in case it's the OLEDB driver. Try to reinstall:
http://pgfoundry.org/projects/oledb/

No prior uninstall neccessary

i think, the description is wrong.
The login- name must be sunrain, not sun&rain.

thanks you guys for your support...

I've reinstalled de OLE DB drivers and indeed the provider message is gone!

But another problem had taken over    

Now the program is totally blocked and afther a minute of 5 I get the message:

Run-time error 13
Type mismatch.

In the 5 minutes waiting the computer have it hard and I guess a lot of memory is been used.

Anyone ?

Please try to change the time/date format of windows into germany.
