Simple Static electricity detector

Incredible i do not believe it,today we have thunderstorm 80-100 km west from Athens ,and i see change at μΑ at multimeter ,i wait the range it was 10-20 km but it is very very more I must found a way to up load the data to net ,i thought a multimeter with pc conection .
You can see the video ,you observe at 0,19 second 0,32 s and 0,55 s the up-down μA ,at the rest 3 min it is stable at 720-730 μA.

Amazing,I expected a slow change in value due to changing electric field,this are the real strikes you  measured.

Iám very interrested about how de field developes as lichtning comes bye I mean increasing field ,or do you have already a idea can you see a clear change in value and see that you can expect lightning ?

anyway Iám impressed by the simplicity,and exelent performents.
uploading with one wire is maybe an option,as I think you are running weather display and they are supporting one wire from Dallas.

I saw and my lightning radar the strikes at realy time ,and little sec after i saw the multimeter to go up-down ,it is realy strikes .
I want little time for to know the calibration meter ,how it was at near thunder ,there i suppose it will be very sensitivity ,and i thought to put a remote control switch on-off and cut the pan at near thunder and tp have only the 70 cm cable antenna ,but all this i will see at practice with near thunder .
Unfortunatelly i do not have WD
But i found out to make conection with multimeter with pc connection like this

Normal value  lets say 100 micro ampere

approching storm increasing up to 200 micro amper

if is is like that would be great.

Another question is that the real price for the multi meter with usb connection? and included software

No it is not ,just you with trimmer go in the middle the μΑ range ,range it is from 120 μΑ until 1600 μA with 9 volt battery .
I have put the middle 750-800 μΑ ,and i see the changes up or down when it have thunder ,of caurse there is a small changes from electricity sourge 10-40 μΑ ,but it is small changes ,when there is thunder the changes it is biggest over to 200 μΑ.

Yes it is real price all together 48,5 euros with software,i ordered

Very good multimeter ,i make upload unfortunatelly with print screen software the image ,because multimeter software it not have this option to put a file the image ,and automatic i make upload with my FTP .
niko and thank you ,send to me at personal messages some ways about it.
But If somebody he knowes about softwares ,to change little the mother software for to save the image in a file for up-load it will be great.

Today we had thunderstorm at Athens

Here it was the sat picture ,you can observe the 2 small point with thunderstorm clouds one NW at center of Athens ,and other one NE ,after little time 2 two points conection over to Athens with heavy rain and many-many thunder
