I have making a radiation shield with fan

Hello all.
I making a radiation shield for the temp-hum sensor,for to do a test with my Stevenson Screen.I observe at night the temp in radiation shield it was 0,4c-0,8 c down from the Stevenson screen,but the day it was 0,2 c- 0,4 c over from my Stevenson Screen.And the both and radiation shield and Stevenson Screen it have fan.
