I build easy and with very low cost a waterproof box for web camera .
The material it is one waterproof box and one glass .Here i have a small project

It's build with drainpipes because I use a normal DV-Camcorder.
As protection for the CCD-Chip I use a self darkening glass which I've got from an Optician, who's a friend of mine.
In the afternoon, when the sun comes around, the glass darkens and protects the Chip from too much radiation.

Why is the image loaded every second (or oftener) when it changes only every 20 seconds?

setTimeout("LoadBuffer()", 700*delay); <- the multiplicator is set here to 1000.

At the moment the image is reloaded every 0.7s. Set the multiplicator to 1000 und delay to 20, then the image is reloaded when there is a new image. If you change the interval for the image upload e.g. to 15s or 30s you only have to change the delay.

I do not know it,i do not know well from html codes   ,
If i understood well 700* delay i must to put 1000 ? and  var delay =1 ?  i must to put 20 ? it is correct ?
And  future  if i want to put 60 sec or 120 sec up load ? what tunings must to do ?
